Indoor Air Quality Services

Clean air starts with a clean and dry home.

Abatement Professionals’ technologies for creating and monitoring clean air during asbestos and lead abatement can be used to identify other indoor air quality issues. Bioaerosols like dust mites, mildew, bacteria, and mold can cause allergic reactions or worse to sensitive individuals. These Bioaerosols like the same living conditions humans do; a warm environment with moderate humidity.

Steps we can all take:

Abatement Professionals is happy to come and inspect your home or business for the level of indoor air quality. But we also want to give you some pointers on what you can do yourself.

Reduce Humidity:
Eliminate sources of moisture or leaks such as leaking pipes and vent bathrooms and clothes dryers to the outside.
Dry the air with dehumidifies.
Increase sunlight and ventilation:
Trimming trees and shrubs around homes and buildings can go a long way to drying indoor air.
Also making sure attics and crawls spaces vents are not blocked.
Keep Clean:
From the floors to the heat and cooling systems.
Regular house cleaning is a first steps to better air quality, also remember to check vacuum air return filters.
Inspect air conditions before use, and heat systems for loose insolation or leaks.
